Sometimes life has a habit of throwing the odd curve-ball and putting everything out of kilter. But what doesn’t kill you will make you stronger as the saying goes. And you are strong of will, to pack up and leave, start over in a foreign country where you knew so few people, had no job and so on. You’ll be fine.

Sometimes you just have to go with it. If it feels right and you just know it is, then go and things will just fall in place. You will be like a leaf blowing in the autumn wind, floating one way then falling into another way – place, situation. You are strong and determined so just go for it. You have your whole life ahead of you, grasp it. There maybe uncertainty and sorrow but this turns to certainty and happiness which turns to peace and joy. There is room for adventure and new beginnings, experiences and just remember – tomorrow is the first day of the rest of your life. So….here’s to tomorrow!

I agree with you Rhiannon in thinking Iceland was dramatically cold even in the summer but when last year, Iceland was having hotter weather than what we were having some days … well it is true to say the world climate is changing. Could be a sunny Christmas and a white summer……?* :p ~#

I need to do this too….. need more assertion, well even SOME would be good ….. then again think of the calories I would save ……
It is absolutely true, we have to grab life and say “yes”…..Reminds me of the book/film, “Yes Man” – brilliant!!
