Yesterday we were warned that for lunch today would be ‘sheeps balls’. We werent told why but we were told we had to try it! This morning I found out, from Jónella, that everyone is celebrating Þorrablót. It is an ancient Viking midwinter tradition of feasting on traditional foods like shark, dried fish and sheephead. [...]
